Escalation language that works

Three sentences that move a ticket.

Section 1

Sentence 1: what broke

One factual sentence. 'Order signature is failing for three providers on Unit 4 since 8:12.'

Section 2

Sentence 2: scope and severity

Quantify. 'Roughly 12 pending orders. No patient harm yet. Workaround possible for 10.'

Section 3

Sentence 3: what you need

Specific ask, with a callback. 'Need a clinical engineer on the floor within 15 minutes. Callback: ext. 4421.'
